OK-VISE Multi-Rail is the most accurate rail system on the market. This is achieved using high-quality production methods. Multi-Rail base is the most stable due to its steep serration profile allowing the full potential of OK-VISE clamps to be used. RM system modules like clamps, stoppers, riser blocks and side guides are installed on base rail.
Features:
- Designed for D- and B-series clamp modules
- Can withstand up to 6 tons clamping force
- Pitch of the serration is 2,5 mm
- Length of the rails are from 100 to 800 mm
- Accuracy from every serration to the positioning hole is ± 0.01 mm ( up to RM-700 base rails)
