Description

Our MIJ-6300V 5-axis vertical machining center achieves high efficiency and high productivity in 5-axis, multi-sided machining. This CNC vertical machining center's highly rigid and accurate double column structure and low center of gravity in workpiece movement (trunnion table) enable both heavy-duty cutting and high-speed finishing. The high-speed, high-accuracy trunnion table means fast, accurate positioning for simultaneous 5-axis cutting. The MIJ-6300V can easily be adapted for use with APC, multiple ATC, automation, or FMS without compromising operability because this expansion takes place at the back of the machine. Built on our Thermo Friendly structure, this machine will perform consistently from the first part to the last, regardless of warm-up time or ambient temperature. The MU- 6300V was honored in Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun's (Business & Technology Daily News) 55th (2012) Best 10 New Product Awards. • Simultaneous 5-axis machining • Superior bridge-style construction • Heavy-duty cutting and high-speed finishing on one machine • Repeatable precision for extreme accuracy • Optional turning function for increased productivity (MU-6300V-L) Highlighted Specs • Magazine Capacity : 32 [48, 64, matrix] • Rapid Traverse (m/min) : 50 • Spindle Speed (min⁻¹) : 10,000 • Table Size (mm) : Ø630 • Max Machining Volume (mm) : Ø830 x 550
