CARTRIDGE CHECK VALVE SAE8/2 WITH PRESSURE GAUGE PORT CARTRIDGE UNIDIRECTIONAL VALVE CAVITY SIZE 3/4-16 UNF, POPPET OR BALL TYPE, WITH PRESSURE GAUGE PORT The cartridge check valve CUR6M allows the flow in one direction, locking it in the opposite one. The CUR6 series valves are cartridge unidirectional valves sized for standard cavity SAE08/2 (thread 3/4-16 UNF). Flow is allowed from port 1 to port 2 while it is interrupted in the opposite way. The valve CUR6M is available with poppet or ball sealing. It is possible to choose between four springs for so many opening pressure value. A threaded port BSPP 1/4” on the cartridge allows to apply a prressure measuring point directly on the top of the valve CUR6M. Thanks to the cartridge sized to be fitted into standard cavity SAE08/2, the valve can be easy installed into the most common HIC’s manifolds. A tyipical installation can be into manifold for mini power-pack group 1. The maximum working pressure for the valve CUR6M is 350 bar (5075 PSI), while maximum recommended flow rate is 25 lpm (6,6 USgpm). The poppet and the ball are both built with high resistance steel, hardened and grinded and they grant the sealing for the valve CUR6M thanks to the perfect accordance with the cartridge. External components, also built with high resistance steel, are protetcted against the corrosive agents by zinc platng treatment.
