Description

These are appreciated for their reasonable resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and hydrocarbon products. Compared to other types of elastomers, silicone has several benefits. It is well recognized for its usage in applications related to food, medicine, and other clean industries. It is a tough material that can keep a lot of its characteristics despite extremely high and low temperatures. Some silicone rubber grades can withstand temperatures as low as -100°C and as high as 315°C while still being flexible and exhibiting minimal degrees of compression set. Although it is inherently electrically insulating, it may be compounded to provide a low resistance to conduct signal voltages or a high resistance to prevent static discharge. Other silicone properties include high tensile strength, excellent elongation at break, and high tear resistance. Silicone will remain constant even at high temperatures, although high-pressure steam shouldn't be employed with it. Additionally, silicone is resistant to ultraviolet light, ozone, seawater, and weathering. Silicone has great resistance to heat (dry air), operating intermittently at +200°C and staying flexible at -70°C. Furthermore, silicone has minimal flammability and smoke toxicity. Oliver Rubber Industries LLP's silicone rubber sheet differs from other products for a single, obvious reason. Due to the usage of premium Silicone Polymer throughout its manufacturing, it inherits qualities such as being exceptionally non-toxic, flexible, inert, and lightweight. We are the top silicone rubber sheet manufacturers in India because we never use carbon or harmful materials in our production.
