Description

Heat Resistant and Energy Saving Pulley Lagging Sheet - Wavy Type When moving high-temperature commodities, do you use HR-grade conveyor belts? Great! Using the cold vulcanizing solution (GB-3150) recommended for HR Grade Conveyor Belts as well? Genius! Have you ever given any attention to the pulley lagging rubber sheet used on the conveyor system? After conducting the study for approximately a decade, Oliver Rubber Industries discovered that using ordinary-grade pulley lagging rubber sheets for the conveyor system on which the conveyor belt employed is of HR grade has an adverse effect on working conditions in almost all production plants. Our knowledge and experience led us to the conclusion that the combination being used is incompatible, which causes the downtime/shutdown time to increase once every few days. It should be obvious, right? In a location covered in snow with minus-degree Celsius temperatures, you cannot wear light cotton clothing; doing so will gradually make you ill. Or you can't just wear heavy woolen tights, gloves, and a cap in a hot, humid environment with higher ambient temperatures. These combinations are simply incompatible and can have a negative impact in a variety of ways over time. Similarly, using ordinary M-24 grade pulley lagging rubber sheets on HR-grade conveyor belts causes cracks in the belt, resulting in damage in a very short period of time.
