• The units are suitable for the clearing of the small intestine (runner) of pig and sheep
• They are composed of groups mounted on the main tank(s) or on its own separate frame
• The number of groups varies from 2 to 6 groups and the roller widths are from 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500mm
• Each group is equipped with food grade rubber rollers with stainless steel shafts inserted in a stainless steel gearbox
• There are two different styles of machine lines. The Standard Models use stainless steel bearings mounted inside the roller. The Economical Models use brass self greasing bushings
• Each group is protected by hinged safety covers, equipped with micro switches
• The intestine separated manually by the operator with a knife and using a pulling wheel mod.1/B, manually or with pneumatic chutes (supplied on request). The intestines are loaded by a chain conveyor and remain in tanks to soak. Gradually being processed through the line the casings are first emptied of its manure and then the mucosa. The final operation is conducted manually where the casings are introduced in a finishing machine to remove the outer membrane and remaining mucosa
• The mucosa is collected in troughs and can be transported pneumatically to its final destination and the threads are collected and can be hashed in our emulsifier mod.6/A supplied separately
• The lines are equipped with a fully integrated electrical control panel, separate command stations and a central security line
