• Suitable for cutting already cooked beef and sheep tripe into strips
• The processing is performed by a group of circular blades and a rotary knives
• The circular blades, together with a Teflon-coated roller, perform longitudinal cutting of the tripe, while the rotor knives defines the length of the strip which is controlled by a manual inverter
• The material is loaded into the machine by means of a belt conveyor
• The unit is mounted onto stainless steel structure
• The machine is supplied complete with electrical panel wired and equipped with suitable guards
