Oil pressure multiplier M850 series

Ohmec M850 is a large air-oil booster of double-acting type. It can handle operating systems at up to 448 bar. Its operating mechanism is based on supply of air through a 5-way valve to the pneumatic circuit. It is made of treated aluminium with a steel hydraulic section body and hydraulic piston made of chromed steel. This combination provides a long service life and a great number of high-speed cycles. The connection of the hydraulic circuit with a clear oil container ensures automatic compensation of leakage and simple visual display of oil levels. It has a large oil capacity and a high instantaneous force, which is repeatable and consistent. It also has 4 intensification ratios and 5 oil outlets along with an auto oil bleed feature. All these features make the M850 a dependable and safe booster for production equipment applications. M850 also provides optional pneumatic and hydraulic system accessories.
