Description
OLU-Preg® is a very strong and lightweight multilayer non-crimp fabrics reinforced thermoplastic composite based on textile structures.
UD reinforcement layers free of ondulation, separated by matrix
Short Matrix flow paths during consolidation
The free textile-based material design is open to various compounds like PP, PA6, PA6.6, GF, CF and more.
OLU-Preg® is manufactured in one single, highly efficient production processs. The semi-finished textile material is available in roll format, is therefor applicable for mass production NCF technology and is fabricated on existing textile technology for high-volume processes.
