Stretcher

OMAV can manufacture stretcher with finger jaws or with flat jaws. In front of the two heads are foreseen two belts in order to have an easier introduction of profiles ends. The stretcher is one-man or two-man operated. In case of one-man stretching, the man can work at the headstock: for this reason tailstock stock is equipped with a camera while a headstock has a monitor to control the situation of the opposite stock. The operator will set directly the stretching stroke or the percentage in the operator panel placed on the headstock control panel. At the two stretching heads will be applied a photoelectric barrier which prevents the operator from getting stuck into the stretching jaw.
