WOS series water-oil separators are superbly engineered and provide a high level of efficiency in separating lubricating oil from condensate in compressed air applications. They are extremely easy to set-up owing to their compact structure. They are versatile enough to work well with all types of condensates and can separate all types of oil. They require minimum maintenance. They operate at temperatures of 1.5 to 45 °C and their inlet size is ø10. The oil build-up in the system is lower than 10 ppm. It does not need a condensate settling tank, thereby eliminating chances of bacterial proliferation. The unit comes with its own test valve and test kit, aiding in sampling processes. In order to keep contamination levels of discarded condensate under control, a water quality test needs to be carried out on a monthly basis. The water-oil separator is ideal for use in unlimited and varying applications.
