Description

Various industrial applications, such as for example chemical, pharmaceutical and laboratory facilities required high-quality compressed air. Our adsorption desiccant dryer supply a dew point air of -40°C, essential for these and other applications. The compressed air humidity is first held by the adsorption substance that constitutes the charge of the tank and is then eliminated during the regeneration phase; while the compressed air, desiccated and filtered, is sent to the distribution network. Regeneration occurs by withdrawing a small portion of the desiccated air and passing it then into the tank to be regenerated. The life-span and effectiveness of the dryer depend on the removal of contaminated elements on the inlet. The use of HF type coalescence pre-filters on the inlet is strongly recommended. In addition, the use of an after-filter PF type on the outlet to remove the dust that might have been formed inside the tank is recommended.
