The jib crane is the most practical and cost-effective solution for the handling of loads. It makes a workstation independent, which would otherwise require the use of an overhead crane or a forklift truck. Moreover, the jib crane solves the issues connected with the handling of loads in confined spaces, where other lifting equipment would not be able to operate.
The boom is rotated by manually pushing the load along the boom's radius of rotation. It is widely used to move manufactured goods in machine shops, for loading and unloading at the service of CNC machines or in assembly departments.
Larger jib cranes are available on request.
The system is characterised by extremely light handling due to its low inertia. The bearings of the rotation assembly ensure natural seamless rotation. The crane is available with a manual push trolley, each one is supplied complete with a power line and in most cases an electric hoist is installed. The jib crane is characterised by low maintenance requirements, ease of use, instant handling and low cost.
