Description
Special magnetic guards with a stainless steel ring.
Used in mechanical machining for the filtration of coolants and liquids containing ferrous contaminating particles when is not request an high degree of filtration.
This series of filtration systems with permanent magnets has been designed with highly magnetized packs of disks.
OPERATING
The sludge is removed by means of a stainless steel comb scraper.
These impurities are conveyed into the sludge collection bin almost completely dry.
The magnetic separators can be combined with any type of filtration system to obtain the grade of filtration desired.
TECHNICAL DATA
SM-l Series : Suitable for capacities of 50 to 500 litres/min.
SM-2 Series : The magnetic separators "heavy-duty series" are suitable for capacities of 600 to 1500 litres/min.
