Description

Omstrap inflatable airbags (also called dunnage-bag) are the most effective and economical tool to protect and stabilize goods during transport on any means (container, truck, ship, railway) The OMSTRAP inflatable load-securing cushions are made with a layer of robust polypropylene which protects the internal LDPE inner. The external PP layer is resistant to abrasions and adversities that may occur during the transport of goods. The OMSTRAP airbag for cargo protection is 100% recyclable. OMSTRAP airbags are ISO 9001 and AAR (American Association of Railroads) certified to guarantee the best performance and durability of use on overseas routes. The dunnage bag valve, allows a quick inflation and deflation of the bag. The inflation tool is equipped with a «Venturi System» which allows the operator to recognize when the airbag has reached the right pressure. The use of the Omstrap airbag is very simple: • Place the inflatable airbag between the empty spaces of the goods, and inflate the bag with compressed air using our gun. • When the airbag reaches the right working pressure, the «Venturi» system inside the gun will warn the operator that inflation has finished. • The work will be fast, safe and homogeneous on all inflated airbags. • The cushion, once inflated, will fill the empty space and stably block the goods where they have been loaded. • With our inflatable cushions the protection of cargo and goods, whether palletized or bulk loaded, has never been so simple, fast and effective.
