Description

The OMVE MPV206-FE water bath fermenter is designed for simultaneously fermenting multiple product batches. Having filled the different buckets, the fermentation mode can be used to accurately set the temperature for the duration of the process. A different low-speed mixer can be used for additional processing of the product after fermentation. The MPV206 fermenter also facilitates product preparation and pasteurization. The critical control points (CCPs) such as pH-value and temperature can be monitored via the human machine interface (HMI) and recorded for audit purposes. The system consists of 2×2, 3, 4 or 6 buckets in either 6L or 10L. Depending on the configuration, OMVE can also supply additional water bath units for optimal batch pasteurization and foodstuff preparation (see the MPV206BL product description). The fermentation water bath is supplied with low-speed mixers, including a ribbon mixer, temperature sensor(s), and pH-sensor(s) per bucket, for maximum flexibility, accuracy and control. One or more compartments can also be supplied, allowing you to run various fermentation processes simultaneously.
