Our hygienic buffer tanks ensure maximized efficiency and minimized product loss during production. In many cases, the filling and closing capacity of the filling bench is a limiting factor, particularly with small-scale laboratory and pilot operations. Installing a buffer tank between the UHT and filling benches enables a continuous process that offers consistent quality. The hygienic buffer tanks are double jacketed pressurized buffer tanks that are fully integrated into the process. They can be controlled from the UHT system or via an optional touchscreen and PLC. The unit is supplied with cleaning in place (CIP) capabilities that can be operated from an external CIP pump or unit. Different high-speed mixers are available for use with the tanks. Our hygienic buffer tanks are available in a range of sizes, including 50L, 100L, 200L, 400L and 600L.
