_All finned coils of remote condensers are produced with copper pipes and aluminium
fins with high efficiency pyramidal corrugation
_The frame of finned coils is produced in galvanized steel with thickness suitable to weight
of heat exchanger.
_All pipes are expanded on aluminium counter-endplates to avoid any contact between
copper pipes and steel frame and therefore any possible pipe damage.
_Endplate holes corresponding to header nipples are larger to avoid that vibrations and
dilatations can damage pipes.
External Frame
_Condensers are produced with galvanized steel frame, epoxy painted RAL9016.
_Fan cowls are high type to get max. performances and min. noise
Fan Motors
All Standard fans are 400V - 3F - 50Hz
_On request: fans 60 Hz available for all diameters
_Fans have external rotor, protection IP54, very high efficiency.
_Motors and fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
Declared Capacities
_Declared capacities are calculated and tested in our test lab according to ENV327.

Test
_All coils are tested with dry air and are properly degreased.
_Standard design pressure is 30 bar. The version with max. design pressure 45 bar is
available for all models
