Barcode scan engine MDL-1000

The MDL-1000 is a decoded laser engine that scans at a speed of 100 scans per second. This engine decodes the scanned barcode and communicates this through a serial interface. The MDL-1000 is the perfect engine to incorporate in your product. The engine comes with a decoder that outputs the scanned information in a serial interface. The engine weighs only 10 grams (0.35 oz) and the dimensions are as followed: 28 x 7.8 x 18 mm. Development board For the testing and evaluating of this scan engine we have a development board, the MEK-3100.
