The CTlaser 2M series offers precise non-contact temperature measurement for metals, secondary metal processing, and ceramics, with a temperature range of 250 °C to 2000 °C. Equipped with an InGaAs detector specialized for short wavelengths, it ensures accuracy in hot metal applications like steel and tungsten. Different models offer varying temperature ranges: 2ML covers 250 °C to 800 °C, 2MH spans 385 °C to 1600 °C, and 2MH1 extends from 490 °C to 2000 °C. With optical resolutions of 150:1 for 2ML and 300:1 for 2MH/2MH1, it guarantees precise measurements. Operating efficiently up to 85 °C without cooling, it has a system accuracy of ±0.3% or ±2 °C and repeatability of ±0.1% or ±1 °C. The double laser aiming marks enhance accuracy, providing precise aiming support even at a distance.
The CTlaser 2M infrared thermometers are designed with a short-wavelength ideal for metal surfaces, enabling reliable measurements of metals up to 2000 °C. Widely utilized in the metal processing industry, these high-performance devices find applications in welding, soldering, reforming, induction heating, brazing, and sintering processes. Moreover, they are well-suited for monitoring metal roll sheets, tube-welding operations, and forging-die forming, with additional capabilities for measuring metal oxides.
