The Opture AIFM Basic Version is a risk management software system for small and medium AIFMs and/or capital management companies (KVGs) to meet the regulatory requirements for risk management. The Opture AIFM Basic Version maps all risk management processes, organisational structures (capital management company/AIFM, AIF, asset classes) and the risk catalogue, and represents the basis for all modular extensions. The software calculates the so-called "risk exposure" as a gross and net average value and supports the risk manager in the assessment of risks, opportunities and measures, the analysis of the "risk profile", the risk monitoring, the implementation of the measures, compliance with the risk parameters and the automatic risk reporting.

Risk Map
The risk map contains the Top 10 risks before and/or after mitigation measures. Opportunities or normal or log-normal distributed risks (-> mean value "0") are not generally mapped in the risk map.
Gross/Net Average Values
According to so-called "proportionality", the gross/net average value or a risk indicator (e.g. VaR) must be calculated as the "risk exposure" in the KAGB. Average values are calculated without Monte Carlo Simulation.
Risk Categories
The presentation of the risk results according to AIFM-D risk categories illustrates the substantive distribution of the Enterprise risk exposure according to its functional origin.
