Lens array

Microlens arrays are one- or two dimensional periodic patterns of small lens structures (lens dimensions below 1 millimetre). They can be used in a variety of ways, e.g. collimation or homogenization of light, depending on the design. We offer a variety of standard designs as well as custom designs for our customers. Using plastic microstructured optical components offers many advantages over conventional optical products: -significant reduction in weight, thickness and volume; -ease in manufacturing of extremely high-aperture (fast) elements and large-area optical components; -almost unlimited flexibility in optical design; -cost-effective custom finishing of parts to virtually any shape and dimension.
