Description

The lifting spring clutch was developed to hold units that perform lifting and lowering movements, such as indoor drying hanging, air conditioner grille, and hanging lighting. By controlling the tightening force of the coil spring and switching between power transmission and shut-off, self-locking in lifting and lowering operations can be realized at a small size and low cost. Operation ・Transmit the power applied to the input shaft to the output shaft, and block transmission to the input shaft by locking (self-locking) Specifications 0.2N・m type Braking torque (output shaft is in a no-load state): 0.035Nm・m or less Holding torque: 0.2Nm・m 1.0N・M type Braking torque (output shaft is in a no-load state): 0.1N・m or less Holding torque: 1.0Nm・m Feature 1. Self-lock possible - The reverse input (gravity) from the output shaft is locked and does not transmit torque to the input shaft. 2. Capable of transmission at constant velocities - The power applied to the input shaft can be transmitted at a constant velocity (1:1). 3.
