Description

PT cast is the next-generation casting machine for platinum casting. Perfect for the jewellery industry, it casts up to 350 gr of platinum at once. The casting process takes place in a vacuum and controlled atmosphere with Argon gas to avoid oxidation of the alloy. Crucible and casting chamber are water-cooled to allow non-stop work. The PT cast fully meets the requirements imposed by the Industry 4.0 Plan. CASTING SPEED Thanks to a plasma TIG system, the heat isdelivered directly on the metal, making themelting process extremely fast. WATER COOLING Crucible and casting chamber are watercooled to allow non-stop work and stabilizethe melting temperature. INTERACTIVE TOUCH SCREENThe interactive color touch screen allows toset the casting parameters, check the logfile of the previous sessions, connect to thecompany network and much more.
