Description

The thermocirculator model TC 50 with a capacity of 30 liters of water was designed to facilitate and optimize the sous vide process. It is ideal for smaller productions. Built in stainless steel AISI 304 in a single block, it has tempered glass lid, high-performance thermal insulation and minimal waste of heat. Its power is 2,000W, but the energy consumption is real until the temperature determined by the chef is achieved. Due the thermal insulation there is little energy consumption. It also has an innovative water circulation system that maintains the same temperature throughout the entire length of the tank. It has a decimal control of the water temperature, allowing the chef to obtain precision in the cooking of the food, obtaining a much better final result compared to other sous vide machines. Built with inlet for water supply and flow.
