The Neorouter modula DUAL is a CNC laser cutting machine developed by Osai Automation System. It is specifically designed to cater applications that include high-volume production, in which the PCB de-paneling is often the bottleneck. This machine is equipped with 2 independent milling heads fixed on the top and bottom part of the machine. These milling heads enables the reduction of separating time by up to 50%. Furthermore, this allows the application to be programmed to maximize the cutting performance to different types of PCBs.
