AV grinding machines perform high-precision flat or conical grinding on knives, forged knives, scissors of all types, garden tools, razors, sabers, swords and hand tools. The AV machine guarantees high precision grinding and a high-quality finish. The AV grinding machine can be equipped with different makes and models of CNC. The grinding parameters are easily programmed by the CNC, depending on the geometry of each part. The machine is equipped with a precision electronic probe to correct the grinding wheel wear to an accuracy of 0.01mm. AV machines can be supplied with different grinding wheel diameters and lengths, depending on the customer’s needs. All AV machines can be automated by means of robots. We manufacture different types of magazines: circular, chain and stacked parts.
