Mixing heads of the Dynamica series are designed for dynamic mixing of components of multi-component polyurethane systems, epoxy compounds and adhesive systems. The heads are equipped with a mixing chamber cleaning unit (solvent flushing and compressed air flushing) and have a number of additional options. Dynamica series mixing heads are used to process a wide range of different multi-component compounds. Depending on the characteristics of a particular application, the heads can have different designs, types of materials, drives. For each type of material, be it elastomers, polyurethane foams, resins or adhesives, the heads will have their own design features, a set of options. The most commonly used options are: • Heating • Circulation of components • Supply of additional supply lines: pigment, catalyst, antifoam • Pressure regulation Sometimes special materials can be used that prevent abrasive wear, chemical reactions with components, have a special shape of the mixer and mixing chamber. Functionally, the heads are divided into the following types, depending on the materials to be processed: • Dymanica E — for elastomers • Dynamica F — for polyurethane foams • Dynamica R — for resins and adhesives • Dynamica G — for seals
