With the features of the new digital power source DT300P, WIG welding can be clearly simplified: there are countless options in a compact 30 kg light unit. By a huge number of pulse possibilities the tool can be put for different tasks ideally: A controlled warm supply provides with the low pulse welding (to 20 hertz) for optically clean and steady seam structures – in particular with different material strengths. The high arc stud stability with the high-level pulse welding (from 20 to 500 hertz) proves itself in the lower current area, especially with thin metal applications: Already from 0.3 mms of material strength can be welded easily. The robust 80 kHz IGBT-Inverter stands for dependability and extreme arc stud stability - also with low currents. The digital operating field laid out for the rough industrial application offers many advantages for the user. Beside the good legibility of the display as well as the easy service a job memory counts to the deposit of welding programs to the production standard. The variety of adjustable functions of the ignition mode up to exact resolution (on 1A exactly) is very big with the DT-300P. Optionally OTC delivers the tool alternatively with analogous or digital remote control.
