The coverage solutions proposed by OTEXIO to cover waste, soil, and other plant products are textile solutions that fully meet their objective of reducing nuisances: blown-away paper, leachate reduction, and anti-odour protection. However, the surfaces to be covered are often large in size and difficult to implement in a hostile waste environment. These solutions cannot always be installed manually, which is why our clients use their transport equipment such as tractors, backhoes,... . To lay or even deposit the fabric, it is necessary to have cover rollers or reels/unwinders. OTEXIO has developed two products that greatly facilitate the roll-out of these covers. The weekly cover unroller. This product has been specially developed for our clients who use covers for the week. We manufacture it in custom widths up to 6m. Its sole function is to unroll the fabric but not to roll it back up, as this cover is not removed and is buried with the waste. The roller/unroller: this product is used for anti-odour covers and temporary waterproof covers. These two types of products must be quickly installed and removed. We manufacture them on rolls that are loaded onto a hydraulic automatic roller/unroller system.
