The INDUGA channel-type induction furnace offers excellent preconditions for very precise temperature control over a wide temperature range. Thanks to our experience in the arrangement and dimensioning of the channel-type inductor, we guarantee reliable operation with full lead compatibility and minimum electricity costs. High temperature galvanising at temperatures around 620° C, in particular, is no problem in this furnace. Furthermore, the furnace minimises the hard zinc problem.
The result are low, precisely controllable coating thicknesses of less than
100 µm with good adhesion and high ductility. Minimised material costs and high cost-effectiveness are the consequence.
The channel-type induction furnace also creates less environmental impact thanks to the negligible amount of zinc ash produced.
