Our Multi-Stage-Dryer is designed for Milk and Dairy Products, Liquid Egg and Egg Products, Food ingredients, Pharmaceutical ingredients, Broths, Juices and syrups, Blood etc… With our unique system, your powder will have: - - Better microbiology and extended Shelf Life - - Better flow-ability, without anti-caking agent - - Easier dissolution in the water, and ability to get instant powder. This Vertical Tower has advanced features such as: - - High pressure Spray, adjustable from 120 bars to 250 bars - - An hygienic design, compliant with the US norm 3A - - Fully cleanable in CIP, in Automatic - - Filtration of Exhaust Air by External BagHouse, Internal BagHouse, or cyclone - - Granulation of the fines to produce instant powder, thanks to the recirculation of the fines close to the spraying nozzles Its integrated Static fluid bed is providing: - - A better flow-ability of your powder - - A Final Evaporation with a control of the outlet moisture of the powder - - A cooling of the powder, really appreciable for powder including fat (to avoid caking) We offer a wide range of capacities, including the standards models of 250 – 500 – 750 – 1000 – 1500 – 2500 kg per hour of water evaporation. You will get a Lower Capex thanks to our Argentinian Manufacturing Plant, and a Lower Opex with lower energy consumption.
