Description

•travel range 10 / 20 / 45 mm •step or DC motor with encoder, crossed roller bearing guides, fine-thread spindle •Hall-effect or mechanical limit switches CHARACTERISTICS •travel range 10 mm, 20 mm and 45 mm •ground fine-thread spindle with low backlash •preloaded precision crossed roller bearing guides •Hall-effect or mechanical limit switches •2-phase step motor or DC motor with encoder •compact design •XYZ mounting •deformation-resistant aluminium •reflection-poor, black anodized •with OWISid Technical data of the motor cables as well as a guidance for the selection of the suitable cable for your combination of positioner and controller can be found here. The motorized measurig stages MTM 60 are designed for applications where precision and very compact mechanical dimensions are primarily demanded. Combinations of XY or XYZ mountings with very small space confignments are also possible. The use of special cross roller bearings and precision fine-thread spindle with 0.5 mm pitch allow a good positioning accuracy and repeatability of a few micrometers. The MTM 60 have two different versions of limit switches - mechanical or electronical. The versions with electronical Hall-effect limit switches allow a high reproducibility of the reference point.
