The mist eliminator use after oil injected air compressors for removal oil particles and oil vapour from compressed air. The mist eliminator with so low pressure drop and high oil removal capacity provide oil free air quality for vacuum freeze drying, vacuum coating to food industries, industrial vacuum applications, to cement and paper industries and many other sectors. The mist eliminator design is suitable to remove oil which is contain at compressed air. If there will be oil carry over problem at separator element in Compressor, the mist eliminator will remove the carry over oil and will not pass to air line. Mist eliminator decrease particular size including water vapour in to 0.01 micron level in compressed air. The oil content at compressed air after mist eliminator is 0.01 ppm. Large separation area provide efficient oil removal from compressed air and during this process the pressure drop is so low. The mist eliminator can work well between 4 °C- 80 °C inlet temperatures. Automatic discharge is standard, multi discharge choice is optional. Mist eliminator do right way oil removal, has long service life. Filter elements change once pressure difference reach to 170 mbar.
