OCF is used depending on the height of the wall and column formwork, where it is not possible to concrete casting at one time, double or single-sided is used. Particularly used in viaducts and bridge legs, exterior parts of column and wall formwork. Consoles of 120 – 150 – 200 – 250 cm are produced as standard. Consoles are fixed on concrete surfaces with fixed anchor + conical + bolt. With the hydraulic and mechanical products developed by OZLER, it can be easily carried with the formwork system on the consoles. Robotic cutting, drilling and welding processes are applied in our production. The steel products are cleaned with sandblasting before oven painting because of the industrial chemical oil. Upon request, our products can be hot dip galvanized according to TS 914 EN ISO 1461 standards.
