The Air Gravity Conveyor has two ways of accumulation: rails can be monoplane with latching trolley and the rails can be slightly sloped enabling gravity to help accumulate parts. The mobile carts have customized design to integrate specific user needs and the adjustable construction is implemented to fit various types of parts for future programs. The bolt connections on the PAC-LINE™ (Model C-250) conveyor track combined with bolt together construction means little or no welding for rapid and easy installation. It has four wheeled carts that dock with the accumulation lanes. With the twist of lever, parts can convey to the cart. The cart can then be pushed to point of us or another accumulation buffer point. Lastly, theses units are silent and virtually maintenance free.
