General shearing waste for the traditional terry / velour knitting fabric is around 20-25%. It always causes customer high processing loss without any better solution. To solve this problem, a new direct shearing device - in Pai Lung double knitmachine with knife cutting technology, can effectively help customer in cost control. With this direct shearing device, PL-KDSPS machine is able to reduce the waste around 7-10% in plain cotton & wool loop knitting. The function design can help customer to save more time on processing machine preparation. This machine is equipped with one‒track dial needle, sinker knife (cutter), pile-hold sinker and cylinder needle knife for the direct shearing processes. The clean maintain for this machine is very important, and different gauge model needs different cutting parts. The sinker length is from 0 to 2.0, 2.2, 2.5, 2.6, 2.8, 3.0mm high. In addition, elastic yarn feeding device can be added for elastic platingelastic terry fabric. SUITABLE MATERIAL FABRICS: Pure cotton, blend and wool, polyester etc.
