The innovated “woven-like” fabric, produced by Pai Lung’s PL-KSCJ3/FP float plaiting jacquard machine, which is operated by 1~3 miss stitches to make various float loop length, and each plaiting loop has two yarns. It is easy to produce up to 5 color maximum jacquard color in pattern design. This type of fabric can create firmer and tighter effect, effectively reduces the elasticity of the fabric. It is similar to the woven fabrics knitted with certain yarns. Application of this fabric can be in automotive textiles, especially in car interior materials like car ceiling, pillars, headrest, and sear cover. Fine gauge fabric knitted with microfiber can be used in apparels. Yarn application in KSCJ3/FP includes cotton nylon, polyester, wool and acrylic yarns. Fabric characteristic in abrasion of resistance, brushing strength, and elasticity are better than normal woven fabrics. It is very suitable for upholstery curtains, even apparel. Each auto striper unit is fixed on the upper striper dial, has individual 3 striping finger sets, cutters, and trappers for yarn feeding and color exchange. When controller runs the striper program, one piezo actuator can accurately operate the selecting processes in passing through each auto striper unit without and loss.
