This liquid filling machine is a professional integrated machine for filling, capping and sealing vials, glass infusion bottles or similar bottles. It has been developed by our company based on the introduction and absorption of advanced foreign technology. The machine can perform multiple actions simultaneously, including unscrambling bottles, quantitative filling, stoppering (using Butyl Rubber Stoppers), capping and sealing. - The machine uses a disc-type bottle unscrambler for automatic bottle feeding.  - It is equipped with a SIEMENS PLC control system and a colored touch-screen display.  - The pressure plug is automatically sorted and inserted using a vibrating disk, with an additional device for automatic induction of the pressure plug to ensure higher reliability.  - Similarly, the capping machine also uses vibration plate sorting, hanging cover, and special lock head for three-knife capping, resulting in a beautiful appearance. The motor and electronic components are comprised of globally recognized brands, with the option for customization to meet specific customer requirements.
