The automatic spray tin can spraying filling line uses booster pump to convert mixed liquid and gas into full liquid. It is then stored in the fuel pump, which sucks out the liquid from the ration tank while the gas is charged. Then the fixed cylinder piston does work and the inflation is completed. Since the gas after aeration has been completely transformed into liquid, the accuracy of aeration can be guaranteed. This machine adopts quantitative SS316L stainless steel plunger pump: corrosion resistant, durable, quantitative standard. When charging different specifications, the charging amount can be adjusted. There is a scale on the plunger pump, just turn the hand wheel to adjust the air flow. This machine adopts piston pump, suitable for different kinds of liquid, filling speed, high precision. The pump uses a quick disassembly structure for easy cleaning and disinfection. The filling nozzle adopts the drip - proof filling device. This machine adopts PLC and man-machine touch screen control system.
