The eye-dropper type caps are important because the consumer uses “tinctures” by placing a few drops under their tongue. This route of administration avoids contact with the liver and ensures better absorption into the blood. The new 2022 PX SmartFill 80 all-in-one filling line is rated for up to 40-50 fills per minute. Rotary "Intelli-Turret" star wheel for linear filling, inserting and capping stations. Suitable for 100-1000ml juice containers. The 6-nozzle filling station is equipped with a precision piston pump, servo-driven, with an accuracy of +/- 0.5%. We use a bowl shaker to sort the caps, which precisely sorts and feeds the caps into the torque station. The way the gripper works makes it suitable for different sizes of lids.
