Description

The semi-automatic vacuum capper supports universal bottle types, including round bottles with a diameter of 40-140mm and a height of 55-190mm and most special-shaped bottles. 1. The bottles are placed inside the vacuum chamber. After the fully-sealed vacuum chamber is vacuumed, the vacuum degree, which could be set within the range of 0--100KPA, could reach the ultimate vacuum degree of the vacuum pump, suitable for products with different vacuum requirements. 2. The electronic vacuum sensor could check the real-time vacuum degree. After the vacuum degree inside the vacuum chamber reaches the present value, the torquing head would start work, which could ensure consistency of vacuum degree among different batches of bottles. 3. Under normal circumstances, insufficient vacuum degree is often the result of overtightening during the manual capping process or defects of bottlenecks or caps (i.e., leakage occurs when the bottle is not fully sealed). 4. The semi-automatic vacuum capper could switch between the foot pedal mode and automatic mode freely.
