The Nester is the machine for the production of fresh, dry or frozen pasta nests, of great support for those pasta factories who want to diversify their product. The production of nest to TAGLIATELLE takes place by rolling or drawing 540 mm sheet, cutting, forming and automatically placed on the 120 × 60 cm frames. The same frames will be subsequently stacked and inserted in the static dryers, for the drying process.
