Standard design with 200 ml to 300 ml metering cylinders. The pressure filler fills the propellant into closed aerosol containers quickly and precisely in one work cycle. - Oilfree execution - All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 304 - On column and base plate - Incl. filling head and insert for one valve type - Protection guard with two-hand release The effective capacity depends on the propellant quantity and the valve type. Height of container 30 - 330 mm Diameter of container 22 - 66 mm The machine works pneumatically and is started with two-hand triggering. The pressure filler fills the propellant through the filling head and the adapter set in the closed aerosol container. The filling quantity is continuously adjustable and can be read off in ml on the volume display. After the work process, the machine automatically returns to the starting position. If there is no container in the filling position, the mechanically closed filling head prevents the propellant from flowing out. If compressed soluble gases (e.g. N20, CO2) and liquid gases are also filled with the pressure filler, the servo filling head with the corresponding adapter set must be used instead of the standard filling head.
