Standard design for containers with 1" valves. The requirements for testing aerosol containers for resistance to pressure in the high capacity range are satisfied by the Comes Economic 450 water baths. As an option the integration of an automatic leak detector is possible. - Standard execution: For containers of tin plate and aluminium with 1“ valves - Special execution: For containers of tin plate and aluminium as well as for cylindrical containers of glass or PET with 1” or 20 mm valves The effective capacity dépends on the immersion time. The immersion time is determined by the container size, the container material and the container contents (spécifie heat). Régulation 2008/47/EC: Ail containers filled must be tested in a hot water test bath. The température of the water test bath and the duration of test hâve to be determined in a way that the internai pressure reaches the value as if the filled product would hâve a température of 50 °C.
