Sandwich panels with insulating core made of extruded polystyrene and smooth/embossed fiberglass facings. Thermodular CLEAN is the ideal panel for both walls and ceilings of food industry factories, production chambers, white rooms and all the chambers where high hygiene standards are required. Thermodular CLEAN, 2400mm wide, allows: > To halve the joints; > To have thermal bridges; > To halve flames’ escape points; > To halve mounting time; > To realize white rooms with NO JOINTS. Available facings: > white smooth fiberglass; > glassliner (embossed fiberglass). The facings of Thermodular CLEAN are washable, they resist water, vapour, salt and all the mainly used solvents. Coatings standard thickness: 1,8 – 2,0 mm Panels’ standard joint:MF dry joint The extruded polystyrene insulating core of Thermodular CLEAN allows: > High mechanical resistance (up to 3 times bigger than polyurethane) > No vapour or water absorption; > High thermal insulating power; > No flames propagation.
