INSULATION LIGHT is a sandwich panel designed for those walls and ceilings that are wore out or that do not comply with the hygiene standards anymore. INSULATION LIGHT is a 20mm thick panel composed as follow: > On sight covering made of smooth/embossed fiberglass; > Insulating core made of extruded polystyrene; > Not on sight covering made of centesimal aluminium. The fiberglass covering makes the panel suitable for every kind of food industry environment. The aluminium back cover prevents rust formation and spreading. INSULATION LIGHT is easily installed thanks to a plastic profile to be inserted in a cavity realized during the panel production process. The plastic profile will be mechanically fixed to the wall/ceiling to be renovated. The panel’s joints can be covered with either a stainless steel, pvc profile or simply sealed with acetic silicone.
