Impregnating machine "TUNNEL 320" with finishing system with 5 motorized brushes (one engine for each brush). It can impregnate straight wooden profiles, matchboardings, planking of any dimensions and form and beams up to 320X320. Traction system with motorized rollers covered with solvent resistant rubber. Cleaning system with incorporated hydro-cleaner. On customer request it is possible to realize a support to lean the impregnated wooden planks. Misting system with double diaphragm pump with incorporated filter. TUNNEL 320 impregnation machine is a flow coating machine for wood matchboarding impregnation. That impregnation system allows to paint and coat any kind of wooden profile: matchboarding, beams, wood boards and wood lamellar beams. The flow coating process of TUNNEL is very simple and start with a traction roller that psh the beams and the matchboarding into the impregnation machine, and inside the first part of the machine there are 10 sprayers that coat the wooden surfaces with a direct flow of color. TUNNEL 320 can coat with water based colors, but that impregnation system can also use solvent base lacquer and paints. Usually the operator has just to adjust the flow coating sprayers according to the dimensions and form of the profile and the machine will coat it perfectly on 4 sides.
