Parker's Core Handling Systems provide automated alignment, stacking, strapping and palletizing of multiple lengths cores, either vertically or horizontally. Suitable for cores with lengths of up to 12m and diameters up to 400mm • Factory Automation • Miscellaneous Manufacturing • Packaging Machinery • Minimising cost and installation time • Core length: 600 – 12000 mm • External diameter 50 – 400 mm • Core weight: max. 10 kg/m • Core package weight: max. 1000 kg • Pneumatic pin gripper - a pneumatic pin gripper puts the cores horizontally on a collecting conveyor belt • Suction gripper, vertical - a suction gripper takes the cores from the collection conveyor belt in horizontal position and rotates them by 90° • Suction gripper, horizontal - a suction gripper takes the cores from the collection conveyor belt in horizontal position. • Vertical Palettizing - the cores are stacked vertically on a pallet up to a defined height 2 pcs. on top of each other. • Horizontal Palettizing - the cores are stacked horizontally and according to cut length on pallets.
