The Parker Sporlan Type (S)ORIT evaporator regulating valves have a brass body and extended copper connections. They are available with a range of adjustable settings and pressure tap. The primary function of these valves, referred to as EPR valves, is to preveot the evaporator pressure from falling below a predetermined value or setting. Each valve is factory tested to ensure positive leak-free performance. Features and Benefrts: • (S)ORIT has high side pilot for improved temperature control and low pressure drop • (S)ORIT is normally open to allow system évacuation w'rthout a manual operator • Range of adjustable settings up to 150 psi • Optional solenoid feature to close valve during defrost
